Business Law and Transactional Experience
Mark has built his legal career around business law and transactional services. For more than 43 years, he has worked with companies and individuals throughout the United States, helping clients address legal matters connected to business operations, agreements, and strategic decisions. His early admission to the United States Tax Court strengthened his ability to manage legal issues involving financial and tax-related considerations.
Long-standing client relationships have defined a significant part of Mark’s career. His representation of BoConcept of Denmark reached its 30-year milestone in September 2024. He has also provided legal services to All About Doors & Windows since 1985. These relationships demonstrate his focus on providing consistent legal support and maintaining trust with clients over many years.
Arensberg Law Offices and Client Service
After serving as General Counsel to a group of public & private companies involved in investment advisory, asset management, and trust services, Mark established Arensberg Law Offices, P.A. in January 1990. The firm was created to provide businesses, professionals, and individuals with accessible legal services while avoiding the complexity often associated with larger firms.
At Arensberg Law Offices, Mark focuses on direct client engagement and practical legal solutions. The firm provides ongoing counsel and works with a referral network that extends across the United States and internationally. This structure allows clients to receive specialized assistance while maintaining a central point of coordination for their legal needs.

Beyond traditional legal services, Mark provides business consulting related to strategic planning, financial restructuring, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. His role often extends beyond preparing documents, allowing him to provide business insight and legal analysis to support informed decisions. He has also served as an active board member for a bank and participated in its commercial loan review committee.
Community Service and Literacy Advocacy
Outside of his legal practice, Mark Arensberg has maintained a strong commitment to community involvement. For more than 20 years, he and his wife, Renny, have supported KVC Behavioral Healthcare through time and financial contributions. The organization assists foster children and families in crisis across multiple states.
Literacy has been another important area of service for Mark. He has served as a reading mentor with Lead to Read, helping children strengthen reading skills and develop greater engagement with education. He has also contributed to Reach Out and Read and previously participated in the One-to-One Challenge.

His contributions have supported groups such as the Girl Scouts, the University of Kansas Endowment, the University of Kansas Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, local school foundations, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the AdventHealth Foundation, and Catholic Charities.
He also provides pro bono legal services to organizations such as the Gracious Promise Foundation, which assists individuals transitioning from incarceration. His past work as a youth sports coach reflects his interest in supporting young people through direct involvement and mentorship.
Personal Life and Continuing Commitment
Outside of law and community service, Mark enjoys snow skiing, boating, and cycling. He will soon celebrate his 46th wedding anniversary with his wife, Renny.
